Shipping Policy
Because some items are custom-made, orders ship on the first USPS business day after the custom work is completed. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days unless otherwise agreed upon. To make other arrangements, email info@seeandknow.org with your name, address, phone number, email address, and desired outcome, or/and call 817-774-9605 leave a message with your name, address, phone number, and desired outcome. We will call you back to finalize the arrangements.
Return & Exchange Policy
